Men’s Fellowship, also known as Pathfinders Ministry, is a vital cog of the Pentecostal Generation Global Church’s discipleship and community-building efforts.

Mission Statement:

To empower men to become devoted followers of Christ, growing in their faith, and strengthening their relationships with God, family, and community.

Objectives:

1. Bible Study: Provide regular Bible studies, workshops, and retreats to deepen men’s understanding of God’s Word and its application in their lives.

2. Mentorship: Pair men with mature Christian mentors for guidance, support, and accountability.

3. Fellowship: Organize regular gatherings, activities, and events that foster camaraderie, encouragement, and spiritual growth among men.

4. Service: Encourage men to serve within the church and in the community, promoting hands-on ministry and outreach.

5. Leadership Development: Identify, equip, and empower men to take on leadership roles within the church and beyond.

Activities and Events:

1. Monthly Meetings: Regular gatherings for worship, teaching, and fellowship.

2. Bible Studies: Weekly or bi-weekly studies on specific books or topics.

3. Service Projects: Organized outreach efforts, such as community clean-up initiatives or disaster relief support.

4. Retreats: Annual or bi-annual retreats for spiritual refreshment, teaching, and bonding.

5. Social Events: Recreational activities, like sports, games, or outdoor adventures, to build relationships and have fun.

6. Mentorship Programs: One-on-one or small-group mentoring for men seeking guidance and support.

7. Leadership Training: Workshops and conferences to equip men for leadership roles within the church and beyond.

Leadership:

1. Ministry Leader: Oversees the Men’s Fellowship/Pathfinders Ministry, providing vision, guidance, and support.

2. Team Members: A group of dedicated men who assist in planning, leading, and facilitating various aspects of the ministry.

By expanding the Men’s Fellowship/Pathfinders Ministry, the church can provide a supportive environment where men can grow in their faith, develop meaningful relationships, and become empowered to serve and lead in their communities.
